Ben Farrell has been in the remodeling business since the age of 16 throughout Canada and the US.

With a wide range of carpentry and fabrication skills in his back pocket and the support of his parents, David & Valerie Farrell, Ben established Affordable Solid Surfaces in 2001 and incorporated in 2002 

 Tiffany Farrell, a licensed RN, was introduced to the business of Kitchen and Bath design by proxy (marriage to Ben).  

In 2007, Tiffany took a 3 month leave of absence from Sarasota Memorial Hospital to assist in developing & implementing office and production systems at Affordable Solid Surfaces, Inc. She incorporated Affinity, Co. in May 2010 to offer full room design services.

With the additional support of Tiffany's father, Mel Yull (Founder of Intertape Polymer Group), Ben and Tiffany created a company that could offer full lines of cabinetry (frameless european style) as well as full service kitchen and bath design and remodeling. 

Affinity Kitchen & Bath, llc was incorporated in Oct 2010, to merge the countertop expertise of Affordable Solid Surfaces with the full line services of Affinity Co.
